Mrs. Cheryl Woodard Cheryl received a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from Edinboro University of PA in 1995 and recently completed her Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education at Nazareth College of Rochester. Cheryl taught Elementary Music in the Rochester City School district for 9 years and then became a licensed Kindermusik Educator. Cheryl was the lead Instructor of the "Creative Preschool" program at AST in 2008-2009 and has served as a short and long term substitute teacher in several local school districts. Cheryl's goal as a Music Educator is to bring the joy of learning through music to families in her community. She currently resides in Farmington, NY with her husband and two young sons. After Madalynn (and Tammee) LeClair joined one of Cheryl's classes in the fall of 2006, Tammee knew that these were classes that would be wonderful for the families at AST. Kindermusik with Cheryl (now know as CMusic for Babies & Family Music Jam with Cheryl) are classes for newborns through age four are now offered at AST & PDC. Back to Instructor List
